It eliminates dependency on external chemical suppliers, reduces storage degradation losses, and ensures a consistent supply of high-quality disinfectant. Working Principle

The Bshh-3200 System produces high-concentration sodium hypochlorite through electrochemical and chemical reactions, following these key steps:
1. Water Pretreatment: 
2. Saturated Brine Purification: 
Raw water is purified via multi-media filtration, water softening, and reverse osmosis to remove impurities, calcium, and magnesium ions. The resulting pure water is stored for subsequent use.
Purchased salt is dissolved in water to form saturated brine, which undergoes primary and secondary purification (via Doyle-type clarification tanks and ion exchange modules) to reduce calcium, magnesium, iron, and other interfering ions to acceptable levels.
3. Membrane Electrolysis:
Purified NaCl solution is fed into the membrane electrolyzer. The transformer rectifier converts alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) to power the electrolysis process:Anode Reaction: 2Cl- - 2e- → Cl2 (Chlorine gas is generated)
Cathode Reaction: 2Na++ 2H2O + 2e- → 2NaOH + H2 (Sodium hydroxide and hydrogen gas are generated) 
The PFSA membrane separates the anode and cathode chambers, allowing unidirectional transfer of sodium ions.

Chlorine gas from the anode is absorbed by a vacuum generator and transferred to a reaction chamber, where it reacts with sodium hydroxide from the cathode to form sodium hypochlorite. The reaction equation is: Cl2 + 2NaOH → NaCl + NaClO + H2O. A heat exchange system maintains the optimal reaction temperature to avoid sodium chlorate formation.
Anolyte, catholyte, and depleted brine are recycled through dedicated systems to maximize raw material utilization and minimize waste.
