High Tank Space Utilization

A large number of microorganisms can be attached to the surface of the filler to form a biofilm and improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal. 
This combined filler has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, uniform tensile resistance, and is not easy to break during the operation of the equipment. Its service life can reach more than 8 years.

High pollutant removal efficiency, small footprint, easy maintenance, no need to be replaced within 10 years or more. The purchase cost of MBBR filler is higher than other types of fillers, but operating and maintenance costs are low.

A excellent water distribution system is installed in each chamber of the equipment. This system can effectively ensure that there is no short-circuiting of the water flow. Thanks to this system, the utilization rate of the tank body can reach as high as 89.8%. Compared with the situations without a water distribution system or with conventional water distribution methods, the utilization rate of the tank body is 5% to 30% higher.
