Integrating cross-flow microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), low-temperature control and anti-oxidation systems, it covers the entire process from raw material pretreatment (berry/flower crushing), extraction, clarification, deep impurity removal, concentration to sterile collection. Adopting precise molecular sieving membranes (MWCO 5–10 kDa), it efficiently removes impurities (cellulose, proteins, pigments) while retaining ≥98% of anthocyanin active ingredients and bright color. The whole process is pure physical operation at 20–30℃, avoiding oxidation and thermal degradation, fully compliant with GMP, FDA and food/pharmaceutical industry standards. It offers MZ/TC/UF series (50–5000 Kg/h) for pilot, medium and large-scale production.
