Spiral Wound Microfiltration Membrane System
The spiral wound microfiltration membrane system is a precision filtration unit developed and manufactured by Chengdu Hecheng Filtration Technology Co., Ltd. Adopting mature spiral wound membrane separation technology, this equipment is widely used in biopharmaceuticals, fermentation industry, plant extraction, food & beverage, fine chemicals and cosmetics for material clarification, solid-liquid separation and sterile treatment.
Spiral wound microfiltration membrane features pore size ranging from 0.1 μm to 10 μm, the largest pore size among spiral wound composite membranes. It adopts an asymmetric pore structure: dense surface layer controls impurity interception, while the loose inner pore structure ensures stable permeate flux. The operating pressure ranges from 0.3 bar to 7 bar.
This system can trap suspended substances including colloids, fine particles, fat and bacteria. Small molecules such as sugar, protein and inorganic salts can pass through the membrane smoothly to achieve liquid purification.
