Introdusction
Hydrochloric acid synthesis systems are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and electronics industries. They are primarily used to produce hydrochloric acid and other chlorine-containing chemicals, such as chlorides and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The system can also be used for waste gas treatment and resource recovery.
Chlory has 20 years of experience specializing in hydrochloric acid production lines. We use a chlor-alkali process (ion-exchange membrane electrolysis of brine) to produce chlorine, hydrogen, and caustic soda, which are then combined in a hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace to produce 32% hydrochloric acid (HCl). If customers can provide chlorine and hydrogen, our hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace can also be used to produce 32% hydrochloric acid (HCl). Please see the detailed introduction below.

Working Principle
Utilizing ion-exchange membrane electrolysis, chlorine, hydrogen, and sodium hydroxide are produced by electrolyzing brine.
1. Chlorine and hydrogen enter the synthesis furnace in a specific ratio, where they react and burn to produce hydrogen chloride gas.
2. The generated hydrogen chloride gas enters the cooler from the furnace outlet, where its temperature is lowered by a cooling medium (such as water or air).
3. The cooled hydrogen chloride gas enters the absorber, where it comes into contact with water and is absorbed to form hydrochloric acid.
