It solves core pain points of traditional tobacco extract processing: low extraction efficiency, residual impurities (cellulose, proteins, tar), poor product stability, high energy consumption, and failure to meet industrial application standards.
Integrating cross-flow microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and low-temperature concentration systems, it covers the entire process from tobacco leaf pretreatment (crushing, extraction), clarification, deep impurity removal, concentration to sterile collection. Adopting precise molecular sieving membranes (MWCO 5–10 kDa), it efficiently removes harmful impurities and macromolecular substances while retaining effective components of tobacco extract. The whole process is pure physical operation at 25–35℃, avoiding thermal degradation, fully compliant with GMP, FDA and industrial production standards. It offers MZ/TC/UF series (100–8000 Kg/h) for pilot, medium and large-scale tobacco extract production.
