Integrating cross-flow microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and low-temperature concentration systems, it covers the entire process from tea leaf pretreatment, extraction, clarification, deep impurity removal, concentration to sterile collection. Adopting precise molecular sieving membranes (MWCO 5–10 kDa), it efficiently removes impurities (cellulose, proteins, tannins) while retaining ≥98% of tea polyphenol active ingredients. The whole process is pure physical operation at 20–35℃, avoiding thermal degradation, and fully compliant with GMP, FDA and food/pharmaceutical industry standards.
