Product Description

Product Overview
The BSE-70 Seawater Electrolysis Chlorination System is a high-efficiency sterilization and algae removal equipment specially developed for seawater cooling systems in power plants. Adopting advanced electrolysis technology, it directly converts seawater into sodium hypochlorite solution with strong oxidizing properties without adding additional chemical agents. It fundamentally solves problems such as equipment corrosion and reduced heat exchange efficiency caused by microbial growth and biological slime adhesion in seawater cooling systems. With high integration, stable operation and convenient operation, the system is widely used in circulating water sterilization treatment of industrial scenarios such as coastal thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and LNG receiving stations, and is one of the core environmental protection equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of power plants.
Core Advantages
Green and Environmental Protection, Zero Chemical Addition
Taking seawater as raw material, the system generates sodium hypochlorite sterilizing solution through electrolysis reaction. It eliminates the need for purchasing, storing and transporting dangerous chemicals such as chlorine gas and bleaching powder, and fundamentally eliminates potential safety hazards and environmental pollution risks caused by chemical leakage. The products after reaction have no secondary pollution, meet national environmental protection discharge standards, and help power plants achieve green and low-carbon operation.
Efficient Sterilization, Strong Targeting
This street light features high brightness, energy saving, environmental protection, and easy installation. It has a waterproof rating of IP67 and has passed CE certification. It is suitable for schools, parks, roadsides, factories, squares, etc. It has a warranty period of 3 years. Moreover, we can provide various styles to meet your needs.
Intelligent Control, Convenient Operation and Maintenance
Equipped with a fully automatic control system, it integrates multiple sensors such as flow monitoring, salinity detection and residual chlorine online monitoring, which can real-time monitor the equipment operation status and treatment effect. It supports automatic adjustment of electrolysis current, seawater flow and other parameters to realize unattended operation. The equipment has a reasonable structural design, and key components are made of corrosion-resistant materials, with long maintenance cycle and low maintenance cost, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance workload of power plants.
Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction, High Cost-Effectiveness
Adopting high-efficiency electrolytic cell design and low-energy power module, it has high electrolysis efficiency. The energy consumption per unit sodium hypochlorite production is much lower than that of traditional chemical dosing methods. During the operation of the system, no additional auxiliary chemicals are needed, which reduces the purchase cost of chemicals and the occupation of storage space. Long-term use can significantly reduce the operation cost of power plants and achieve high investment return rate.

Application Scenarios
70kg/H Seawater Electrolysis Chlorination System 1000ppm
The LHB-70 Seawater Electrolysis Chlorination System is specially designed for the seawater cooling system of coastal power plants. It is suitable for circulating water sterilization treatment of industrial facilities such as thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, gas turbine power plants and LNG receiving stations, especially for scenarios with high environmental protection requirements and restricted use of chemical agents.
During the operation of a power plant, the seawater cooling system, as a core auxiliary system, its operating status directly affects the safety and efficiency of the main power plant equipment. Seawater is rich in microorganisms such as bacteria, algae and shellfish. Under suitable temperature and nutrient conditions, these microorganisms multiply in large quantities, forming biological slime attached to the surface of heat exchanger tubes, pipeline inner walls and cooling tower fillings. This leads to reduced heat exchange efficiency, pipeline blockage and increased equipment corrosion. In severe cases, it may cause unplanned shutdowns and huge economic losses.
Traditional sterilization methods mostly use chemical agents such as chlorine gas and sodium hypochlorite solution, which have problems such as high risk of agent storage, difficulty in precise control of dosing amount, and easy secondary pollution. The LHB-70 Seawater Electrolysis Chlorination System adopts the method of in-situ electrolysis of seawater to generate sterilizing solution, which fundamentally solves the drawbacks of traditional chemical dosing methods and has the following application values:
Ensure Safe Operation of Equipment: Efficiently kill microorganisms in seawater, prevent the formation of biological slime, reduce heat exchanger corrosion and blockage, extend equipment service life, and reduce equipment maintenance costs and unplanned shutdown risks.
Improve Heat Exchange Efficiency: Avoid the impact of biological slime adhesion on heat transfer effect, ensure stable heat exchange efficiency of the cooling system, help the main power plant equipment maintain optimal operating conditions, and reduce energy consumption.
